Unable to Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade to prime because the login requirements are kinda annoying. When I click on the upgrade button (leading to here: https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade) it just takes me to a blank, white page. Not running an ad blocker, and the chrome console isn't showing any failed requests or errors.

I've tried in both Chrome and Edge.

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for weeks now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hostimg account or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
