Upload filesize limit

I am requesting that the filesize limit that is currently set at 10MB for video, this is my area of concern, not the images - but I would like to see the limit increased to no more than 20MB seeing how I and alot of others have the unlimited data plans, it makes no sense to have a limit that low - I tried FTP to upload a video file that was even 11.7MB and it won't show on the site's CP.

Hello,

The limit for PHP scripts is 16 MB, however you can upload much larger files via your FTP or cPanel. The reason for this is to discourage file hosting sites (where users can upload whatever they want to your website to share with others) -- these types of sites are not allowed by our Terms of Service, so by limiting large uploads to cPanel and FTP, we can ensure that only the account owner or people they directly give access to are able to upload these files.
