Uploading Error

Hi, I have a problem again. I'm trying to organise a forum site, but something seems wrong. Well, actual problem is this:

I'm trying to install a specified language pack to my IPB2.0.4, all of modded language files are stored in a folder, named "en" and all I need to do is owerwrite the original language files in the lang/en. I'm using CuteFTP and whem ı'm trying to upload files, ı'm recieving the following error in the CuteFTP log screen:

As far as I know, this means ı've filled my space up, isn't it? but CP says ı have a free space about 2400MB....

What must i do?!

well, i got that error last time i used FTP, they were having disk problems a couple days ago, maybe still??

Odd, but problem resolved itself. I can reach my site now

2400mb free... and say full disk??? sux

I can't even get my FTP to work. It just won't connect. Is the port still 21?
