I believe not too long ago, it was said that Varnish was installed on the servers.
I have looked at the Varnish cache site and it states that it makes website(s) "fly" (AKA load fast), it makes sense that it would be used on X10.

Since the installation, websites have been having issues regarding backend fetching. Since this is a webhost and there are multiple servers involved, an issue could possibly occur and can be challenging to keep it all working constantly.

It seems that you can contact Varnish Cache with many contact methods to choose from such as email and via Twitter (they both seem to be the best ways of contacting them privately). Were they contacted regarding this issue?

It looks like the error is to do with timing out, but in what way and at what point?
The link here says that it is to do with a networking issue: https://www.varnish-cache.org/forum/topic/1374

After deeper research, I have found that you can change the timeout to avoid the error. http://www.beetlebrow.co.uk/what-do...ix-tricks-and-information/timeouts-in-varnish

Anyway, I hope this thread helps in a way. I'm wondering what you guys think or what you know about this issue so it would be greatly appreciated if something could be pointed out or somewhere around those lines.

This is just some quick research and from experience so my assumptions here may or may not be correct so again, pointing things out would be great.

This isn't actually an issue with Varnish. It's with the webserver. We're implementing a change that should resolve this.

Oh right. I wonder what was causing the issue exactly...
