Website problems

I am currently unable to access the home page of my website (http://www.tev.x10hosting.com). Strangely enough, I can enter my site's forums (hosted by Invision Power Board), but doing so takes several minutes, and the skin only loads partially. Quite a few images (e.g. forum buttons) are simply displayed as red crosses. The following URL address leads to my forums:

http://www.tev.x10hosting.com/forums

Is x10hosting currently experiencing technical difficulties? I do hope that my forums have not been damaged in any way.

Your internet connection may be bad because - I can see your home page and forum perfectly fine.

You're experiencing a similar problem to several other users (including me.) Who is your ISP?

It should be noted that I can't access it either, and that you're on the same server as mine is on.

If you know how, can you reply with a TraceRt?
