What happened with my files?

Hello. I tried to connect to my FTP account today but I couldn't, so I logged into my x10 account, went to Cpanel and then noticed that I have 0 Mb used!! What happened with my files??? I had almost 250 Mb used!!

I haven't received any notifications from you about any problem with my account. I'm so confused! Please, heeelp!!!

Yes, your files are all safe. Check back in about 15-20 minutes, it should hopefully be back up by then.
