I'm trying to set up domain hosting too.

Are these the correct settings?
Primary Nameserver: ns1.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.173
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.172

this is what I used, it is located in the email you received when your account was activated. Also, though you're told that you may have to wait 24-48 hours if not more for the actual settings to change, I had instant access. Like I changed the dns settings on my registrar, set up the parked domain in my control panel, then I could instantly view my site at that domain. Pretty cool thing actually! Though that may be because of the registrar and not x10hosting, but I'm not complaining either way :D

It all depends on how fast your registrar changes your NSs. Mine says they need 24-48 hrs, but I find that it's usually much quicker.
