Thanks for the help guys! I've thought about this long and hard, and I here's what I conclude:

PokerCardMail.com is very easy to spell. Even the most retarded of people can spell those three simple words =P

PokerCardMail.com gets to the point and I can really do a lot with the name, in terms of advertising.

PokerPTR.com is a great domain name, but nontheless, it sounds a bit too much like PolarPTR, which isn't one of the best ptr email sites. And of course, there'll always be a few people that won't know what it stands for (starting out).

PokerPlayerMail.com is almost as good as PokerCardMail.com. I say almost because it's slightly longer and people might just misspell "player". It's just easier to type "card" than "player".

I still have nothing bad to say about cardmails.com, except for the fact that it sounds like the ever scamful cloudmails.com. Plus, "mails" is not proper grammar in most cases. Some users might leave off the 's'.
