Zoning records are back

What records should I enter into this box (A, CNAME, NS) to make my domain (like2program.co.cc) work.
My records were cleared out for some reason and I was wondering what the records are that I should enter.
I am sorry for posting this thread again, but I feel that the NS records might not have been the only thing missing( since here is nothing in the records besides some google mx stuff)
Do I need more than just the NS records for it to work?

Did you contact them like I said in your last thread? They should be able to tell you what you need to add.
