My account gets suspended after 12 days of not logging in. It says that it will be suspended in a month of not logging in, but I get suspended much sooner. Please help.

I can't upload my files. I keep getting the message "552 Disk full - please upload later; Critical file transfer error" What do I do about it? Please help me. My site shouldn't be full. I even tried deleting files from it and it still gave me the same error messages. HELP
