OK, so I have tried 4 different WP plug ins, and all have issues with the server settings, such as timeouts and permissions. So then I look in the cpanel for a backup solution, and I can't find anything there. Exactly how am I supposed to back up my site on this server if everything is disabled?

OK, I am running a wordpress site, and I have a plugin called Duplicator, used to back up the entire WP site. All the tests pass in the plug in except one, called Zip Archive Enabled. See the screenshot. It says you guys have to have it enabled for this plug in to work. Help plz?
