Wow that worked!! Thanks, I forgot I changed my firewall settings on my router yesterday.

I'm able to access my website but not the control panel

I login to the main dashboard and it says redirecting like normal then completley cuts out. I have checked my internet, changed browsers, used a cached version and wiped my browsing history. Nothing seems to be working. any solutions please?
