I figured as much but wanted to warn people who may have an interruption of service due to the issue. Not fired an email off to support yet, but anyone with an account direct with sky should be able to log in and remove the block from Sky Broadband Shield.

Not sure if this is the correct place to put it, but I thought I would let people know that I came back to my website today and noticed that my website (and any using .x10host.com) was blocked by Sky's Broadband Shield feature due to Phishing and Malware. It should be possible to unblock them...
