Sigh. So I just got charged USD $13.99 instead of USD $9.99. Starting to regret this. :( x10 needs to adjust my bill to reflect what I added to the cart (see my post above), and then amend their website to show the real price of $13.99.

Oh, I see what you mean now. The +$9.95 annually is because I chose "Domain". It just confused me. Thanks! Below is also why I thought the Transfer fee was annually. They don't make it very clear, IMO.

I do mean switching from Free to Premium, but when I go to order it, it shows an annual transfer fee, even if I select the 2 or 3 year package. The annual fee disappears if I don't select Transfer, and reappears when I do select Transfer. So it looks like there's an annual transfer fee? Maybe...

Yes, I'm still experiencing it from Australia. Here's how it looks in all browsers: I'm guessing you're not in Australia? It works from any non-Australian location. I can only view it with a VPN set to anywhere but Australia.

Hi, I live in Australia and I can't see my website (www.alomware.com) unless I view it with a VPN from another country (which shows it just fine). Without a VPN, my site in any browser shows a message of "We can’t connect to the server at www.alomware.com". What can I do about this? Thanks.

Edit: Never mind; the site's back. Seems it was a maintenance issue from what I saw on another post.
