Admins have been aware of the phpmyadmin issue with some accounts and (ive been told) they know how to fix it, Its been a week so why hasnt anything been done? Also there is nothing posted on the status part of the website GET THIS ISSUE FIXED!!

no, thats what im trying to say... i know no one uses the "www" (i dont use it myself) but when i dont use it, it says domain does not exist so to access my site i HAVE to put "www" before it

Whenever i dont type www before my website address?? example: say my domain was abcdef.x10.mx it would say "Domain Does Not Exist" if i typed in "abcdef.x10.mx" but not if i typed "www.abcdef.x10.mx" ??? is it a problem with my site? or with x10hosting?
