    no dear, i'm not behind a router and checked my firewall first thing i'm sure the reason is my net provider .... thank you for the help and thank to all of you for the replays.

    Hi, I have a problem! my ISP blocked ftp port '21' and i have no way to connect them! so i wonder if there any possibility to change the ftp port? any help ! Thanks P.S: I have no problem uploading with cPanel.
