I've noticed email not working for more than a week and I see it on the status page (http://status.x10hosting.com/) so I guess I know why now. Just wanted to say that this is a fairly important feature for me and I hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks!

When I attempt to log in I get the text: cPanel was unable to successfully log you in to phpMyAdmin. If you are having issues logging in to phpMyAdmin, please submit a support ticket.

One would hope they rarely have to check if their hosting has gone dark. Two long outages in a week now. Has there been any official word on what is happening or when it may be back up?

The databases are back. Thanks for that! I have gotten back up and running. My user account would not log in for some reason after the databases were restored but deleting and recreating the user has gotten it working again. There is a minor problem with phpMyAdmin now where it will not...
