im am currently getting an error with mysql4 heres the error General Error SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ] Too many connections [1040] An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

i am encountering issues with my ftp client while trying to install phpbb files to it . it randomly stops and disconnects me from the server until i reconnect. and then wont let me upload any files without diconecting. this happens untill i let it sit for about an hour. can someone please help...
