I did it and still not working even if I got the email that say: "Your x10Hosting client account password has just been successfully changed through our account panel."
I have in "Disk Space Usage" -172Mb free, do you think that could be the problem?

I don't have any problem in "Account Management Panel", the only problem is access to cpanel, is not the same user?.
