sorry that i have violated the TOS of x10hosting. My account is now suspended. How can i unsuspend it???

my account seems to be suspended. but when i am logged in to the control panel it says account is active. when i created a request they asked me to renew my account. how to do this

my account is shown to be suspended when we try to access. but when i check in t account it show t account to b active why???????? please help meeeeeeeeee
