I haven't made any changes to my website for a while but for some reason my page won't load properly now. I merely get a garbled page full of characters and symbols. How can I fix this please?

I used to have a URL bookmarked in my favourites whereby I simply logged in and made changes to my site including adding news etc. My computer crashed and I have lost this URL. I used the free website builder, chose a template and simply added my relevant text when i set up the page. I dont have...
