I intend on purchasing upgrades, but the staff has been rude so far. (not slander, I have the emails) I can't even get help with this simple issue, why would I upgrade?

I had 3 email accounts at previous domain name, but I didn't remove them before deleting the domain from my hosting account. I just parked a new domain name and it is still saying I have 3 of 3 email accounts created, but is not listing any. I attached screenshot to show what I am talking about.

I need more than the 3 allotted email accounts. I've looked at all the packages I can buy for premium, but nothing tells me the number included with them.
