I have always used dreamweaver to upload to my site, over the past few day it will not connect to upload files. Errors I am getting are 'no response from server' and time outs, what is wrong? i have changed nothing in dreamweaver

I have 3 databases, calendar, forum and photo gallery. I can access all of them without trouble. Its the web site itself I cannot access, will this suggestion fix the problem?
