GIMP can do most of things that Photoshop can do.. but not all. I like to use GIMP but I am using Photoshop, for only the one feature "Blending Options". Blending option is the one feature that I missing in GIMP. If this feature will be availabe in GIMP, I will not use Photoshop.

So, you need a dropdown box that redirect when select any option. Here is an example: http://www.web-source.net/javascript_redirect_box.htm Change it as you need.
