Please read the Corey statement "You may see 5-10 minutes of downtime on MySQL anytime between now and the next 3 to 4 hours". but my websites are down for more than an hour. Please check now. Something must be wrong. Please remove error permanently or notify me any specific error.

I am master of .htaccess file. I never change it. Website appears and disappear automatically. For more clarity, please tell what you recommend about .htaccess file specific to this hosting.

:confused: I am very disappointed that x10hosting servers updates and migrations did not resolve website downtime issues for free users. Please see what let my websites go down so often. It gives HTTP 500 Internal Server Error without changing in any configuration. Again and again I notify downtime.

:biggrin: Finally my sites appeared after a long down time. I congratulates x10hosting on their upgrades. New features have appeared in the hosting panel. I hope that now they will be able to provide 99 percent uptime. PHP mail function is not working. I hope it will be restored within this week.

I have read so many posts that our sites are down. I think Updates, Upgrades, Etc post is verbose and vague. There should be clear cut notice like Google Adsense account that sites are down or closed for maintenance with clear specifications of dates and time. I have got the idea that there is...

Please see that no maintenance or move is taking place these ways than why my sites are down. My sites are http://www.pakistanwebdesign.co.cc/ and http://www.pakistannewsarticles.co.cc/. Further no dates are mentioned on update post.

Here I want to suggest that websites should be restored once they are down for any type of maintenance. It looks odd to write reminder each time sites are down. Hosting company staff please ensure that sites will be restored automatically without user reminder. Not to mention that sites are down...

Here I want to give some credit to x10hosting because their uptime has improved. I hope it will improve further in future. After all we are their free guests. Best of luck for them since we are traveling in the same boat.
