Hi When trying to access my account panel i get the Http 500 Internal Server error and if trying to either upload or create a new file / directory via ftp i get 550 cant't create directory: Disk quota exceeded. any help appreciated. thanks

That sounds feasible . Also its showing absolut in the address bar at the top but in the cpanel main page its listed as xo1. Could this be the problem?

If you cant get the folders / files back not a problem as I have them backed up but it wont let me upload anything via ftp "permission denied" error. Which needs fixing before I can re upload. Thanks
