Okay, I now know why it has been suspended. I re-read the terms of service and found this: All I would like to know now is how long my account will be suspended for please.

My account has been suspended for some reason. It says this: 'Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.' Please help asap. Thanks in advance. P.S: My web address is http://calebhamilton.x10.mx

I accidentally deleted all of my files in the web root section of the file manager. I thought I was in a different folder and pressed select all and delete. Please, is there anyway I could get my files back?
