Whoops, I thought it already was at intermediate. "Application pending" Edit: How long does it typically take for a php upgrade after it says "Upgrade pending"?

I have installed Help Center Live on my website, all is working fine, except, when a client ends a chat session and they are redirected to the screen that allows them to email the chat transcripts to their email. Are you sure? It doesn't say pending, it's been over 6 hours, it just says that I still have intermediate version.

So...uh...yea, x10, will you be doing anything about this anytime soon, I mean, I haven't been waiting for weeks or anything like that.

RSGallery2 http://rsgallery2.net/ In Joomla back-end, before the upgrade to intermediate I was able to access the global config of RSGallery2. After the upgrade, all I see when I click on RSGallery2 Global Config is a blank white page.

The said named script is a Joomla extension. It worked before I upgraded to the intermediate version. After I upgraded to the intermediate version it did not work. That's the problem.

I want basic configuration. The intermediate is what's causing a problem with my script.

I submitted an application for a downgrade in php version several weeks ago and I still haven't received any response from x10. This is a downgrade people, I don't think there's any thought to put into it, just a simple "Yes we will accept your application to downgrade your php version!"...

I agree, normally the screen would be fine, if I were just looking at the forums. But once I get inside a thread so I can read it the screen is stretched way over and I have to scroll right. This is caused by the ridiculously sized banners that some people have in their signatures...
