    when does my account become unsuspended

    It says a pending request but when I click on the view status button on the list of requests nothing is from 1st March?

    account suspension

    I logged into my account and it showed unsuspended then 2 days later shows suspended again. Can this be unsuspended please. Not sure why it automatically suspended me again after only 2 days. You can check my account and perhaps let me know what has happened (or I am doing wrong)? thanks colin

    Account status

    Its still not working as when I use the SMTP I still get failed messages and it was ok previously. I hope it works soon or I have to find another hosting company.
