With port 2525, It works good. But I would like to use 587 port. propably It has been blocked, but why ? It's possible to unblocked them ?

Hi, I've got a problem with smtp service, I could not send emails. I use google or hotmail smtp server but It's the samething. I don't understand because, before It works very good. The stmp service is down for free hosting ? Thanks for your response. Bests regards,
