i can now see all of my post on my dashboard nut when i try to view them in my website it shows 404 error?suspended again dont know why?

AAAhhh my account is been suspended again while restoring my websites database , what should i do? btw i can see all of my 400 post in my websites dashboard but when i try to view them in my website all of them shows 404 error

i have heard that installing too many plugins and themes causes high usage of resources . is that true?

see first i just installed wp and then leaved it because without installing wp even though i restore the db successfully it was not showing in the site , i had given different pass earlier , but when i imported the backup db it automatically went on to the previous username and pass. ----------...

i created blank database but its not working.importing of the db is successful but i cannot see my website restored.

how we can decrease the resource usage ? how can we find what is causing high resource?so that this problem will not cause again.is there any SOFTWARE in the cpannel needed to be install to see how much resource we are using of that particular server ?
