First of all, thanks for your answer. No, is only because Wordpress menu dont let me add new elements and after I have reviewed documentation and visit different support forums, the problem could be max_input_vars, but now I know that this value can't be changed with free account.

Hi, is possible increment this value in a free account? I would like sets to 5000 because I can't add new items to my wordpress menu. I've tried creating php.ini and editing .htacces but without results. Thank you.
