How long would it take for these changes to take affect? As even if I send an email with test in the subject and body it'll get flagged.

I am sending these emails from superjoystick.ga its not any specific emails its actually just everything I try to send. It is most definitely x10hosting's mail servers marking my domain as spam. If you need more information I'll edit this with it.

Can anyone help me? Like I'm gonna probably switch off this service if this can't be fixed.
