I can't access to my website as well as to its CPanel and FTP (Using Netbeans IDE 6.7.1 and IE 8.0.6001). The reason seems to be in cpsrvd-ssl.pl - intetnal error (500) - too many file connections opened. Now HTTP and MySQL are ok, but there are problems with FTP. Seems it is an update.

Every day you suspend my account for inactivity. About every day I log into my forum account, but it doesn't help. What must I do? (excluding paying:D)
