Update: I had two people test my site from other computers and they can see it just fine, but I get the screenshot every time I go to it. I've cleared cache and I flushed DNS, but it's still the same.

Apparently I forgot to log in to my account past 21 days or whatever and found that my whole website and all it's files had been deleted from the servers. I reopened my account and I've been trying to reupload my website to the server. First I tried uploading my static site, but all I get is...
