When I try to unsuspend my account I get the following error: A system error occurred while processing this action. Error Code: DF342D5D What does this mean? and how do I unsuspend my account?

I submitted an Unsuspension Request two days ago and there has been no action taken yet. I believe this should be an automated unsuspension because it was suspended due to me not accessing the forums frequently enough. Is there more that I need to do?
