All of my MySQL databases and users are gone, is there any way to restore them? My cpanel username is mdizo. Thanks in advance :D

My wordpress can't connect to the database and so when I check them with phpMyAdmin, I get "Wrong username/password. Access denied." I know it's probably to do with the recent changes but maybe not. Please help. Best Regards, Marco Dizo
