I can log into the forum account but not my actual domain account. i cant manage my domain. is this because my account has not activated it has been 3 days??

I have registered and my account details are : username: dsbartlett password: deleted for security i have an account but i cannot manage my domain which is www.toysforstudents.x10hosting.com IS this because my domain has not yet been uploaded to the server, and if so when will it be? thanks
