I have same problem, my Ip also seems have been blocked and still no answer Maybe you shold escalate all such tickets to x10 support? It's a new problem after 13 of april

Still have no access to hosting from my ip address. Checked from ip (194.226.x.x) - cpanel works fine. Can x10 hosting administration unban my ip address (85.118.x.x) and tell me the reason of what happened?

Thanks for the quick answer I've tried. At first I thought no connection to server but then looked at traffic with Wireshark traffic analyzer, it shows Rst answer from server - server side resets my tcp connection attempts. I have ssh acces to another ip and from there this link works fine but...

absolutely agree with previously said SFTP or FTPS access to the hosting is a matter of a third part internet security weather on free accounts or not
