Thank you! Wow I have been struggling for a week now trying to find it. Turns out it was just IE that was not showing the button. I looked at that page I don't know how many times and couldn't find the button. I loaded up the page with Firefox and there it was. Oh how frustrating an experience...

I am switched over to the new servers and I have loged into the new account panel which looks totally different. All I see is a bunch of posts on the status and across the top I have home, account, hosting and support. Where do I go to get into cpanel to change settings, get into file manager...
