i have receive a message after i log in, "An Error Has Occurred Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system. Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue." please help me

my account is suspended coz of no ads, i try to open my Cpanel to add my page(all) of ads requard but i my cpanel accunt cant log-in :-/
