how do I create backups so I can download them to my computer?

I logged on to make a backup, and my whole site is gone!

How do I direct my website's domain to your hosting, and how do I park it? I already have one of your domains (http://skygen.x10.mx/). I don't want to delete my account though. Is there anything i can do?
