Still waiting for a response. My best guess is that I was suspended for inactivity since I moved to the x10premium plan. But now I am moving back to the free plan.

We moved from x10hosting FREE to x10premium hosting. Now we are going back to free hosting, but the account is suspended. Thank you so much.
