That's what I thought, too. The thing is that the connection timed out happened over the weekend on my ipad, too. I was on a network, and also tried over 4G. Don't think that was a "DNS" thing, either... I just tried on my phone. It worked. It MUST be the firewall. Thanks!

I sure hate to add to this. I've tried from my work computer (behind baracuda, but no message from that), my iphone, my ipad, my personal computer, all via network (wired and wireless), and no luck. This is the link I'm sent to from the account page...
