Further more, though I received no warning of a suspension, that is what has happened. Then when I try to fix it which used to mean clicking a button, it tells me to "appeal". Please give me access to my account asap.

I read a little about incoming/outgoing servers on x10, all of which seems irrelevant since x10 picked those for me. Further, if hotmail or anyone else gets mail from others, the problem is on x10's side. I wonder, do x10's paying customers have this problem to deal with?
