They can for free hosting plan users?
Well that wasn't the response I was given, when I asked customer support...
& I haven't seen them do it for anybody so far...

In short, it's a Mod Security issue (as you're aware) and my post has a customer support staff reply back to me.
Doesn't seem like they'll be helping...
I had the same error (more or less). But while using vbulletin.
I upgraded so I could turn off ModSecurity.
^ That's what I'm wondering about. Modsecurity doesn't have to completely be turned off according to this website (vbulletin- at least for what I want to do, which is to edit templates)...

My license is genuine :)
Staff can confirm with vbulletin.
I hope there is a solution to this though which can be applied quickly :)

I tried editing my .htaccess, but that doesn't work.
