I have some problems working with cPanel seems i can't access softaculous and the FTP accounts says that i have 2, but when i open the menu, there isn't any. And i can't create any new one. Thank you in Advance.

Is there any problem with the website and cPanel ? I ask cause i cannot access the cPanel and i can't display de website.
