I've cleared the browser cache a couple times and still get the same error message posted above.

Once I click on the button "Open cPanel" I get the following message on a new page. Sign in Successful Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account. An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Hello Anna, How do I login into the DirectAdmin , what is the url for this? I still have an "Open cPanel" button. I am able to access the CMS I have installed on the domain http://jsrewards.x10host.com/ though and can see the front end as well. Thanks

It looks like I have the same issue as above. I can login and I see the cpanel button even though free 10x users would be moved to DirectAdmin. I am assuming my account is in suspend status?
