    Problem with connecting to phpMyadmin

    I cant login to my account by using the link https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ but can login using http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ but if i do so when i try to access phpMyadmin it says access denied.I cant make out what the actual problem is.Can someone help me to trace the solution to it.
