Thank you very much! Haven't made a website in over a decade, so quite a few things are fuzzy!

When trying to access my site, IconsbyDH.com, I am getting a blue default page http://iconsbydh.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi However... When typing out Iconsbydh.com/index.html I get my desired page... What am I doing incorrectly in the FTP to cause this?

I have a domain name I would like to use, but am having difficulty with locating the appropriate information such as DNS, nameservers, MX addresses...
